What shall I dress for New Year party? Part 2.

I wore this outfit some years ago during New Year party. This photo included not good background and another person. I've remade it with Photoshop and added new background - photo from my window's view.
Blouse and skirt have no labels now. That's why I should write "no name" or "N/A".

    i also need a nye dress!! i found one that was really comfy and beautiful, but it was too big, and there was no smaller sizes! omg, i NEED one!!!
